Rates - Pensiunea Colibri

Pensiunea Colibri is located 125 meters from Iulius Mall Cluj-Napoca and Gheorgheni lake. It has standard or superior rooms located on the ground floor, first floor and attic. All rooms are equipped with bathroom, TV, wireless internet, air conditioning. Parking spaces offered free of charge, within the limits of available spaces, provided that the rules and assigned parking spaces are respected.

	At Colibri guest house we have prepared several types of offers for our guests.	If you book directly with us by phone, on the guesthouse website or on cazareclujnapoca.ro website, the rates are already reduced by 5% compared to any other booking site.
	Payment for hotel services is made at the latest, upon arrival, by bank transfer with cash, bank card or holiday card.	If the occupancy rate is higher than 75% or for certain events, we reserve the right to ask for payment in advance. If you don't want to pay in advance, the reservation can be canceled.

The rate for canceling a reservation more than 48 hours before the reservation date/starting time of the hotel day:	0 lei
The rate for canceling a reservation less than 48 hours before the reservation date/starting time of the hotel day:	room rate/person/night; see table "Rates"
The administration reserves the right to change the rates in case of important events organized in Cluj-Napoca:	Electric Castle, Untold, etc
The administration reserves the right to cancel the reservation if:	the reservation is not confirmed 24 hours before the date/time of arrival
	the announced time of arrival at the accommodation is not respected and the real time of arrival has not been communicated
	house rules are not respected
Hours of operation of the reception, self-check-in and self-check-out:	The reception is physically open between 9:00 am - 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm - 7:30 pm, when needed. Depending on the periods, the schedule may vary. Guests benefit from self-check-in and self-check-out. The reception is accessible by phone between 8:30 am. and 9:00 pm.
